At the moment, we only deliver data back to end users through our software. We have had numerous requests to return data on a physical disk, such as an external drive, in the event of a disaster and we are currently working on a procedure to enable this option. The design and deployment of this procedure is complicated by our efforts to continue providing the highest levels of security, privacy, and compliance for our end users, and we will update this topic once the physical delivery option is available.
