How do I reset my password?

Your password is stored in an encrypted form in our database. We do not have direct access to your password; hence we are not able to deliver your password to you. We do, however, offer an interface for you to request for your password to be reset through the Forgot Password page. You can find the Forgot Password page by clicking on the link available on all of the login prompts.

The password reset process will ask for the email address you used to open the account and send you a confirmation message. Once you confirm by clicking on the link on the email, your password will be reset and delivered to you. This process is designed for your security, so that a stranger can not maliciously or accidentally effect a change to your password.

Once your password is reset, you can login using the new password and change the password to your liking using the Change Password page on the My Account section.
